Leading the Digital Transformation Journey:
Paving the way for the next generation of digitised government services

With the emergence of the Digital Age, Governments around the world are constantly monitoring how technology impacts social and economic development in their countries.

Pervasive connectivity has enabled citizens and businesses to gain easy access to information and enjoy services 24/7. Governments are under pressure to review and find innovative ways to serve and engage with these digitally savvy citizens and businesses. Restructuring with more agile processes, using data analytics to gain better insights and rolling out interactive mobile apps and services are some measures that governments are taking.

CIO Academy Asia together with VMware are pleased to host the Government Leadership Forum, which will be held in conjunction with the annual CIO Leadership Forum.

The Government Leadership Forum will bring together a select group of Southeast Asia’s government tech leaders in Singapore to discuss:

  • The powerful trends forcing governments to innovate
  • The ways they can respond to the new mantra of ‘doing more with less’
  • The innovative use of technology to transform the business of government and drive economic and social development.

Join us and be engaged in thought-provoking and inspirational discussions that aim to shape the future of governments and help improve citizenry experience through the delivery of digital services.

Delegates are also invited to attend the Golf and welcome cocktail on May 2nd 2017 as well as the CIO Leadership Forum programme on May 4th 2017

A GALA NETWORKING EVENING ON THE ROYAL ALBATROSS

After a day of insightful discussions – guests will be invited to join a gala networking evening and enjoy a sunset sail around Singapore’s harbour on the grand Royal Albatross, the only tall ship (traditionally-rigged sailing vessel) in Asia.

About the Royal Albatross

The Royal Albatross started her life in Chicago, cruising the Great Lakes prior to the beginning of an epic journey that brought her over 15,000 kilometres from the moderate climes of North America to the tropical waters of South East Asia. Since arriving in Singapore, approximately 360,000 man hours have been invested re-designing and re-fitting Royal Albatross resulting in a sailing ship of unmatched quality and splendour.  A ship designed to entertain and impress with 22 sails, over 650 square meters of canvas and over 60,000 RGB lights to set Royal Albatross’s mood for whatever the occasion requires.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”18874″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”18875″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
