Strategic Priorities for a Collaborative and Agile Organisation

CIO Academy Asia concluded our third edition of the Thought Leadership Forum series, this time with thematic focus on organisational agility and collaboration.

ThoughtWork‘s Sunil Mundra reiterated the leadership priorities that are needed to build an effective agile organisation while Arvind Mathur related his approach in driving a culture and mindset shift across the business as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Prudential.

As the participants were encouraged to define their own form of agility, The group paid special attention to addressing the tension between agility and security.

Tech experts from HP, Palo Alto Networks and PTC System (S) Pte Ltd cited several examples highlighting how their customers have partnered with them to enable agility across people, process and technology within their organisations.

Delivering quick wins by optimising existing systems and processes and engaging with their security stakeholders early are critical success factors to building an agile organisation.
